I arrived yesterday afternoon in Fort St John after 480km in 6 days, temperatures of below -25C/-13F and discovered that I have damaged the tissue in my left foot. Ill take this opportunity to take some rest and work on some fundraising efforts for Heifer International South Africa until fully recovered.
